Purchases are non-refundable for change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect size selection. Please review the product details and size information before placing your order.
If you need a different size, you may request an exchange under the terms below. Items that arrive damaged are eligible for a free exchange, rather than being treated as a standard size exchange.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer law.
Size exchanges
Please request a size exchange within 2 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
A Rs 100 exchange handling fee applies to standard size exchanges. This covers the additional handling involved in arranging the exchange. Delivery charges are separate, paid by the customer, and collected by our courier partner.
Exchanges depend on the availability of your requested size. If it is not currently in stock, the exchange may take 1 to 2 weeks. We will confirm availability and the applicable charges before arranging collection or delivery.
Damaged items
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photos of the issue. Keep the item in the condition in which it was received while we review your request.
Exchanges for products that arrive damaged are free of charge. The Rs 100 handling fee does not apply, and we cover the delivery charges required for the exchange.
How to request an exchange
Contact us using the details below before sending an item back. Include your order reference, the reason for the exchange, and the size you would like. We will confirm the next steps and arrange the exchange with you.
Product representation
Some product and campaign images are generated with AI to present our products clearly. The item delivered may differ slightly in colour, finish, proportions or small design details because of screens, photography and production updates. Listed construction and functional features are based on the actual product.
