About these terms
These terms apply to pluva.store and orders requested through it. Pluva is based in Kathmandu, Nepal. By sending an order request, you agree to these terms and confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
Order requests
Submitting checkout does not immediately create a confirmed order. We will contact you to verify the request and arrange a minimum advance payment of NPR 200. Your order becomes confirmed only after our team accepts it and records the required advance.
We may decline or cancel a request when an item is unavailable, the details cannot be verified, or we reasonably suspect misuse. If we have received money for an order we cannot fulfil, we will contact you to arrange its return.
Prices, delivery and payment
Prices are shown in Nepalese rupees. The delivery charge is calculated for the delivery area chosen at checkout and is shown before submission. Unless agreed otherwise, the remaining balance is payable by cash on delivery.
Product information
We aim to describe our products clearly and accurately. Some product and campaign images are generated with AI for presentation. The item you receive may differ slightly in colour, finish, proportions or small design details. Listed construction and functional features are based on the actual product.
Exchanges and refunds
Our refund and exchange policy forms part of these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited under Nepalese consumer law.
Using the website
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false orders, or use Pluva content in a way that infringes our rights or another person’s rights.
